Statement of Warranty for 702 Lighting Products


702 Lighting warranties apply to the original purchaser or owner of the product, with valid proof of purchase through an authorized distributor or retailer.

What Is Covered

All 702 Lighting products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty periods defined below and on each product specification sheet. 

• Integrated Brass Fixtures: 10-year warranty on the fixture, LED electronics, and drivers.
• Integrated Stainless Steel Underwater Fixtures: 5-year warranty on the fixture, LED electronics, and drivers.
• Drop-in Fixtures: Limited lifetime warranty on the sockets.
• Powdercoat Finish: 5-year warranty against defects. Please note that fixtures may require periodic cleaning and maintenance to preserve the finish.

Exclusions (What is NOT Covered) 

• Damage from acts of God, such as lightning, floods, or other natural disasters.
• Product misuse, improper use, or installation that does not follow the provided instructions.
• Normal changes in the appearance of brass fixtures. Brass is a “living metal” that is meant to patina and darken over time. These natural changes are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

First 30 Days: If a product defect occurs within the first 30 days of purchase, 702 Lighting will cover the cost of shipping for both the return of the defective product and the delivery of the replacement.

After 30 Days: After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the product back to 702 Lighting. If the product is confirmed to be defective, 702 Lighting will ship the replacement back to the customer at no charge.
