Return Policy

Return to Inventory Policy:

We will provide 100% credit towards future purchases for any stock items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date that meets the following criteria: item must be in perfect, original, resalable, uninstalled condition in its original box/case/bag in new condition. Customer assumes the responsibility of shipping costs on returned items. Non-stock or special-order items may be non-returnable or carry a restock charge. This can be confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact sales@702-lighting.com PRIOR to sending back the items to confirm their eligibility for return and start the return process. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and complete the return. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip in your returned shipment.

Damaged / Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or defective product from 702 Lighting, please contact us immediately.

Warranty Claims: 

All of our products come with a limited warranty. If one of our products fails to operate as intended without external cause, please contact sales@702-lighting.com immediately. Please also have a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase and submit any images or short videos that may help explain the issue. All warranty claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis by our returns department.
